KP governor laments security issues for political activities ahead of polls

Islamabad: As soon as political parties start campaigning before the general election, Ghulam Ali, governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, revealed that it was difficult to engage in political activity in parts of the KP and Balochistan due to security concerns in the provinces.

“It is not good for anyone to cast doubt on the election process,” he added.

Political parties in Pakistan have launched their campaign to win the country’s general election on February 8, 2024.
